Mainstreet Memories Car Show Inc. Vendor & Food Truck Registration

This Year’s Car Show Is Saturday July 27, 2024, From 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Thank you for wanting to be a part of the Mainstreet Memories Wheels on the Waterfront Car Show.  Please fill in your registration details below. You will receive an E-Mail from us within 10 business days of receiving your registration acknowledging your registration.

If approved, you will receive an approval E-Mail from us. After that you will receive an invoice thru PayPal to the E-Mail ID provided. You have 30 days to pay for your spot via the online invoice that was E-Mailed to you.  After that, all spaces will be on a first paid basis. Spaces cannot be held for anyone and only guaranteed once you have paid.

Are you a new or returning Vendor and what type?

***FOOD TRUCKS / FOOD VENDORS***

Per the Fire Marshall's recommendation, Mainstreet Memories will be supplying a commercial generator and power trees for those that need electrical service.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE YOUR OWN GENERATOR.

Be prepared and have a 100' cable and your own adapters (if needed) to fit one of the options listed below. 

 

The cost for the electrical hookup is based on your needs and is only to cover the cost of the generator rental. 

- 125 Volt / 20, or 30 Amp ............................$100

- 250 Volt / 30, or 50 AMP Service ...........$150

 

WE WILL SUPPLY THE FOLLOWING TYPE OF OUTLETS:​​​

   1.  STANDARD 125 V 20-AMP GFCI’S

   2.  4WIRE 125/250V 30-AMP TWIST LOCK

   3.  4 WIRE 125/250V 50-AMP NON-TWIST LOCK  

      (Same as a residential range receptacle)

Payment *

If approved for the Car Show, we will send you an approval and invoice via E-Mail. The invoice comes from PayPal which can be paid online electronically via PayPal or credit card, or you may mail us a check.  If you choose to mail us a check, please send us an E-Mail stating such so that we can retain your space. Once we have payment, we will E-Mail you a link to a paid receipt.

Please add MainstreetMemoriesPH@gmail.com and PayPal to your E-Mails address book so the invoice does not end up in your spam folder.  Your spot will only be held for 30 days from the date we E-Mail you the approval. If you do not receive an invoice within 10 days of approval E-Mail, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still do not have it, let us know by sending us an E-Mail so we can validate your E-Mail address.
